Unlike many blogs you may have read, my intention with this blog is to be perfectly imperfect. Like a quick text message, a brb, a omw, an LOL or a ttyl – my prayer is that what I document here, although brief, will help ease your concerns about investing in real estate while leaving you eagerly awaiting the next chronicle in my journey. This documentation of my journey investing in real estate, is to help my followers and soon to be legacy builders, understand that while investing in real estate may be scary, its not as difficult as it may seem. The leaky toilets are to be applauded, the failing heaters in the dead of winter are to be exhaulted and the tree that fell on the roof is to be lifted up and praised. If you think you may enjoying reading my cliff notes (blogs) from time to time, please consider signing up to receive a subtle nudge each time I post a new one. You can sign up on my Connect page. I look forward to walking (I mean skipping and swinging my arms) along this journey with you. Please visit often and stay for a while…
